Ordering items

You can order items from Airshoppen when you are flying with Condor to/from an airport in Germany. Read more about how to shop in Airshoppen.

How do I order?

You can order the items you want online or you can send us the order form from the catalogue by fax or post. You can also email us a copy of the order list to dutyfree@airshoppen.de
or you can call us on tel. +(49) 6171 69 889 89. We’re happy to take your order by phone.

If you prefer to place your order on board, you can simply give your order form to the cabin crew.

When is the latest I can order?

The deadline for ordering is usually 6 days before departure, but this can vary depending on your flight destination. You can see the actual deadline for ordering for your flight departure when you log in to Airshoppen.

How do I know if my order has been registered?

When you shop online, you will receive an order confirmation by email once you have placed your order and made an online payment. Your order confirmation that your goods have been ordered in Airshoppen.

If you have sent your order by post or if you have given it to the cabin crew, you will receive confirmation of your order by email once the order has been entered in our system. To enable us to send your confirmation to you, please make sure you enter your email address on the order form.

How do I change my order?

You can change your order at any time - right up to the deadline for last orders, which is usually 6 days before your departure date (the exact deadline is specified when you log in to Airshoppen). You can make changes to your order online by logging in to Airshoppen and adding or removing items from your shopping basket.

When you have made changes to your order, you will receive a new, updated order confirmation and you can discard previous order confirmations that have been sent to you.
