How can I make use of the price guarantee?
Condor guarantees you the cheapest prices for all products in Airshoppen. If you have bought and paid for an item in Airshoppen, and you find the same item cheaper (within one month of purchase) anywhere in Germany (excluding online shops), we will refund the difference in price. The only condition is that you show us where you found the cheaper offer (e.g. with a photo of the price tag). The price guarantee is valid for one month from purchase for all products available in Airshoppen.
If you want to take advantage of our price guarantee, please send us your order confirmation, together with proof of the cheaper price. How can I make use of the delivery guarantee?
In the rare event that an article from one of the spirits, tobacco, perfume or cosmetics categories is not delivered, you can simply buy it at your destination or at home (up to one month after your return at the latest). We refund the difference between the price that you paid in the shop and the Airshoppen price.
And it is that easy:
- For online payments:
If one of your paid-for items is missing on delivery, our warehouse puts a note in the bag with your purchases. The note tells you the reason why we were unable to deliver your goods. Please keep this note and send it to us with your purchase receipt for the replacement item that you bought elsewhere. If you would prefer to cancel your purchase, then you will, of course, get your money back. In this instance, please use the form below or send us a letter or a fax.
- For cash payments on board:
If you want to pay on board the plane, of course you do not have to pay for any missing items. But if you would still like to receive the goods, you can contact our call centre on your return and they will be happy to take payment from you and send you the goods. Items from our boutique (such as sunglasses, watches or bags) are also covered by our delivery guarantee, but these will be sent directly to your home address when they are back in stock. If you want to take advantage of the delivery guarantee in this product group, you just need to pay for the goods and we will send them to you as quickly as possible.
Please note that our online offers and confectionery are not covered by our delivery guarantee.
