I want to cancel my purchase, what should I do?

You can delete and add items to your shopping basket until the deadline for orders expires – usually 6 days before your departure date. When the deadline for orders has expired, we cannot change your order but you can always return ordered goods once you have received them on board the aircraft.

You always have 14 days cancellation rights on purchased goods. The start date for this is the date you have received the product. When the product is returned, and the cancellation right is used, this can only be done if the product is returned in the same condition as you received it.

I have noticed a defect/missing item, what should I do?

If you discover a fault or defect in a purchased item, you must contact Airshoppen within 30 days after delivery and explain the nature of the fault or defect. Depending on the specific situation, you can either get the goods repaired or replaced. If this is not possible, the purchase price will be refunded or you will receive a price reduction.
